An action to recover damages for injuries received as a result of an automobile collision involving automobiles owned and
driven by plaintiff-respondent, Frank Borowske (hereinafter referred to as 'Borowske'), and defendants-appellants, Elroy Hurth
(hereinafter referred to as 'Hurth'), and his insurer, Integrity Mutual Insurance Company (hereinafter referred to as 'Integrity'). Trial was held July 9, 10, 11, 1962, before the court and jury. The jury returned a special verdict finding Hurth 75 percent
causally negligent and Borowske 25 percent causally negligent with respect to the accident. Damages found by the jury included
expense for hired help and loss of income of $562.50; damage to Borowske's car (above the $560 insurance money received therefor)
of $215, and for his injuries $3,500. The court determined damages for medical expense at $190, and damage to glasses, tool
box and saw case at $34.
